About
Are you dealing with a chronic illness? Have you been pulling your hair out because it seems no one knows what is going on with you physically? Dealing with a chronic illness on a daily basis can be psychologically taxing as well as physically. The impact of your chronic illness can be dependent on your personality and the circumstances before the illness occurred. We all need support as it plays an important role on our ability to cope. Did you also know that have a little brain in our guts? This little brain can trigger big emotional shifts experienced by people coping with chronic illness and I can help calm that little brain.
I use a holistic approach with my background in holistic nutrition and as a clinical therapist we can work through both the physical and the psychological effects. I use an eclectic approach based on each client's symptoms and experiences. I also offer online therapy for those who require it.
I am very passionate about the mind, body and spirit and how these factors require balance to achieve optimal wellness. I am also passionate about the gut-brain connection and how it plays a role in mental health issues like anxiety and depression. If you are dealing with a chronic illness or suffer from anxiety and depression with no relief I can help.
