I specialize in supporting kids and teens facing anxiety, ADHD, and school stress—whether it’s test anxiety, social challenges, or big transitions like switching schools or preparing for university. I love connecting with youth and bring experience developing IPPs and academic strategies that build resilience and confidence. I also collaborate with families to strengthen relationships, support self-advocacy, and create practical tools that help kids feel capable and supported as they move forward.
Using CBT, DBT, ACT, MBSR, and play therapy, I meet kids on their level—helping them express themselves and feel more confident at school, at home, and with peers. I also support families in navigating the school system, offering guidance and advocacy around IPPs and academic supports that fit each child’s needs.
When a child is struggling—socially, emotionally, or academically—it can be hard to know how to help. I’m here to support you both.
