My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and very human. I’m good at listening and at noticing the patterns people often can’t see when they’re living inside them. I take the work seriously, but I don’t believe therapy has to feel stiff, intimidating, or endlessly heavy. There’s room for honesty, curiosity, and yes, even humour along the way.
