Welcome! I see a broad range of individuals and couples from teens, young adults to highly successful professionals —including physicians, residents, and medical students—through word-of-mouth referrals. My commitment to culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care has been at the foundation of my work since 2005. Some of my clients are experiencing common issues such as challenges coping with stress and mood while others are facing more complex struggles such as healing from past trauma and/or childhood adversity. I also work with couples struggling in their relationships.
I am an EMDR-Certified therapist, meaning that I keep up to date with the latest evidence-based trauma treatment research in the international community. I also practice full-fidelity DBT in the public system and draw from this along with other evidence-based attachment and relational modalities in my work.
