I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing any form of trauma: organ transplant recipients, caregivers, and adults coping with chronic illness or medical trauma, childhood, relational, or life-event trauma. I help clients navigate stress/trauma responses, adjustment, anxiety, depression, grief, and health-related uncertainty. Together, we build a strong therapeutic alliance to identify and process beliefs shaped by life and medical experiences, reprocess memories, manage body reactions, and build coping skills using EMDR, somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal approaches.

I specialize in treating trauma (personal or medical), anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD; or just that feeling of being "stuck." Trauma, grief and loss can be at the core of most psychological and relational challenges. Trauma comes in many forms: a single event, childhood, medical or just "something" that you've internalized. Know this- you CAN heal.
