Do you want to explore your differences? I offer a safe and accepting space to explore who you really are, and what you need to survive and thrive in a world not designed for you.

I focus on helping you explore the meaning and emotion behind your experience, in order to transform yourself from the inside out. I am neuro-affirming, and accepting of differences including non-binary gender, non-traditional relationships and much more. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I help you integrate all aspects of your experience into counselling.

As a Highly Sensitive Person myself, and a parent to two neurodivergent children, I understand many of the gifts and challenges associated with being different.
