I've spent over 10 years supporting the Winnipeg community in various crisis response, counseling, education, and social services roles. I work from a neurodiversity affirming perspective, and offer a non-judgmental safe space to process and creatively work through various challenges. I work with a diverse range of focuses including ADHD, Autism, OCD, anxiety, phobias, work stress, and trauma. We can set goals together and use an approach that feels comfortable for you.
I offer adult assessments for ADHD, PTSD, mood, anxiety, and screening for ASD. I use an integrative approach of therapies including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and (IFS)

I strive to build a genuine connection with each client, creating a safe environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
