We can reestablish connection with your body & learn to understand sensations, feelings, memories & intelligence inherent in you or develop resources to increase regulation
The work I do with each client is unique, attuned & tailored to your needs & goals. I use Relational Somatic (body-based) Psychotherapy, Sex Therapy, Nervous System Psychology, Money & Trauma Therapy & parts work to create lasting change & growth. Whatever direction therapy takes, my direct approach creates an empathic, curious & non-judgmental space
