As a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician from the ATTCH Academy, I specialize in supporting individuals confronting difficulties including trauma, attachment wounds, addiction, complex grief and loss, eating disorders, body image, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. My therapeutic approach is holistic, integrative, and informed by neuroscience while being grounded in anti-oppressive and harm-reduction frameworks for healing.
I draw from a variety of methodologies, including Attachment and Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychoanalysis, ITATM, CBT, Family Systems Theory, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, somatic practices, and expressive arts. Additionally, I have a strong passion for and enjoy offering Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
