As a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician through the ATTCH Academy, I support individuals navigating trauma, attachment wounds, addiction, grief, eating disorders, body image concerns, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. My approach is holistic and integrative, rooted in neuroscience and guided by anti-oppressive, harm-reduction principles to support deep, sustainable healing.
I draw from diverse approaches including Attachment and Polyvagal Theory, IFS, Psychoanalysis, ITATM, CBT, Family Systems, Mindfulness, Person-Centered and Narrative Therapy, somatic work, and expressive arts. I’m also passionate about and love offering Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a unique and powerful path to healing.
