I am a Clinical Developmental Psychologist based in Toronto, Ontario. I work with children and adolescents (0-19) from diverse communities, with a range of issues. I practice from a holistic, family-centered and trauma-informed framework, that is culturally sensitive and strengths-based. I endeavour to meet each child and youth where they are, and support them and their parents to feel empowered with the skills to blossom into their fullest beings. I provide evidence-based, tailored interventions. I incorporate a mind-body therapeutic approach, drawing on my training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Yoga.
My experience includes over 15 years (10 as a Licensed Psychologist) of working in community mental health, hospitals, as a school psychologist in the GTA, and in private practice. I currently work at a local children's mental health centre and in private practice. I provide psychological assessment, child/adolescent therapy and parent consultation.
