Sometimes it can be hard to know how to get through each day and it can feel like you're constantly drowning. I hope to help you connect the dots, to make sense of and to be able to change those experiences. Whether you are experience struggle internally or in relationship with others, I am here to help. As a specialist in emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapies, and other trauma-based therapies, I am equipped to work with couples who are wrestling with marital difficulties, and individuals that are struggling with feeling overwhelmed, stressed, lost, and anxious.
Many people see and understand their issues or challenges but find themselves reacting in ways that they don't want to. I am here to help you bridge the gaps and understand where those emotions come from and how to be able to overcome them, to make lasting changes that will break through the cycles within your life.
