Growing up with emotionally unavailable or critical caregivers can leave lasting wounds. I support clients 16+ navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, and life transitions, with a special focus on adult children of emotionally immature parents.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, trained in IFS Level 1 and IFIO, and I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, helping you understand your patterns and build a more secure, compassionate relationship with yourself.
