I work with clients from a solution focus, humanistic, and person centered approach. I believe the client is the expert in their life, their challenges, and really emphasize guiding treatment through the lens of the client. I offer virtual sessions and in person sessions, which gives you the luxury of having therapy in the space of your own comfort.
