Motherhood can crack things open. You may be caring for a new baby while carrying the weight of a hard birth, anxiety, or a quiet loss of who you used to be. For many women, parts of their own childhood surface in unexpected ways often alongside a deep sense of loneliness.
I work with women navigating birth trauma, postpartum anxiety, and identity shifts in motherhood. Many of my clients feel stuck replaying their birth experience or disconnected from their bodies and sense of self.
Our work focuses on healing at the root so this chapter can be integrated into your story, not something you carry alone.
Our therapists specialize in women’s mental health from pregnancy to postpartum, parenting, perimenopause & beyond. We listen deeply to what’s not working and use proven tools like EMDR and talk therapy (CBT, REBT and EFT for example) to help calm your mind and body. Making Peace with your Birth Story
NEW group with specialized trauma processing for new parents who experienced a traumatic birth, pregnancy/infant loss or postpartum experience that left you emotionally scarred. This new recent event trauma protocol was developed to reduce distress and disturbance when thinking about difficult events and to build resilience and coping strategies to feel more in control of emotions in the present and future. This group does not require you to talk about what happened, it creates connection while also reducing nightmares, flashbacks, intrusive thoughts and improving self worth, building hope and supporting relationships. Both in person and virtual options available.
