Self reflection & compassion can lead to wonderful things in your life. When we can be present and honour our suffering, we have more choices about how best to deal with life’s difficulties. When we engage in therapy, we are better positioned to more intentionally make our way through the world, to fulfill our dreams and to have more meaningful relationships with ourselves and others. Healing old and new wounds allows us to reawaken to life’s possibilities, to create new paths and to move forward with more resilience and confidence. I am honoured to be a part of this path with you.
I use Compassion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotional Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy & Trauma Informed therapy. I also offer Mindful Self Compassion groups. I specialize in helping people work through depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, shame, grief & the impacts of medical illness.
Let’s work collaboratively on your personal goals within a safe and therapeutic relationship, so that change, choice and growth become a part of your life.

Groups
Mindful Self Compassion
Mindful Self Compassion is an empirically supported 8-week group designed to cultivate core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding. Rapidly expanding research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, less anxiety, depression and stress, maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and satisfying personal relationships.
