For 30 years it has been an honour to hold compassionate, joyfully affirming, safer spaces for people coping with a range of concerns in response to trauma, abuse, relationship stressors, chronic illness, grief, neurodivergence, systemic oppression, and life transitions. I love working with other therapists, corporate and helping professionals, and seekers of psychedelic integration processes.
Offering integrative, trauma-informed, person-centred psychotherapy as a relatable human / fellow traveller (and neuroplasticity nerd!) who has a sense of humour and plenty of lived experience. Perimenopause? Alternative spiritualities? Despair? I got you! I practice from a place of cultural humility, and love to collaborate in ways that support your values.
