I have over 11 years of sobriety from alcohol, I am a member of a 12 step program, and have been active in service work. I am a member & on the board (President of the Manitoba Chapter) of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and have my Applied Counselling Certificate from the University of Manitoba specializing in Addictions.
I am committed to improve the lives of those living with addiction in a non-judging environment. Using goal setting to achieve recovery with a counsellor who has achieved recovery themself.
