The Other Side of Care is a therapeutic, 2.5 hour restorative evening for social workers, nurses, teachers, and anyone whose work asks them to give deeply of themselves. Through trauma-informed yoga, guided self-compassion practice, and supported rest, this evening is an invitation to receive the care you so readily offer to others.
