Accepting new clients 18+. I offer support with a variety of concerns, such as trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation. I use an integrative approach to therapy that places emphasis on the mind-body connection, weaving in aspects of Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR, which are trauma processing modalities. For folks seeking more body-focused interventions, individual trauma informed yoga or breathwork sessions can be combined with traditional talk therapy.
You are the expert on your life and your experiences. I believe in creating a safe environment within the therapeutic relationship that allows for deeper exploration of your concerns. In therapy, I collaborate with you on the changes you would like to see in your life.
