I use an integrative approach to therapy that places emphasis on the mind-body connection. Some of the therapies that inform my practice are: Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a trauma processing modality.
You are the expert on your life and your experiences. I believe in creating a safe environment within the therapeutic relationship that allows for deeper exploration of your concerns. In therapy, I collaborate with you on the changes you would like to see in your life.
