I have been there, too, and feeling anxious and afraid is normal. As your therapist, I will walk with you by creating a supportive environment where we can share openly and address your concerns. I want to help you, especially if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or life transitions and have recently immigrated. If you are open to working with me, we could develop a personalized treatment plan aligning with your goals.

As an individual, couples and family therapist specializing in trauma, I mainly use somatic therapy to help release trauma symptoms, accompanied by emotion-focused therapy. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, spiritualities/religions, including the Queer and BIPOC communities, with cultural sensitivity and respect. I am a clinical supervisor.
