Thank you for stopping by. I am currently accepting new clients. I work from where the client is at - essentially you are in the driver's seat of where you want your counselling sessions to go. I have extreme empathy for people's situations and issues they find themselves in. Who hasn't struggled to find ways to deal with things that life throws out at you? I know you are doing the best you can at this moment in time.
I work from a client-centered approach. People have stories and sometimes they need to get it out and then sometimes they can't. I will listen and not judge or shame you for what has happened. We will work together and come up with solutions.
You matter first and foremost. You are important. What you have to say matters and I will listen and guide you along the way to your goals. I work through a trauma informed lens and my goal is for you to feel connected, at peace and can finally feel less burden of things bringing you down.
