I take a collaborative approach, working alongside you rather than “fixing” you, to support a life that feels aligned with who you truly are. I support individuals in building lives that reflect balance, meaning, and purpose.
I specialize in working with adult, preteen/adolescence and couples. Using a trauma informed integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, I support clients to gain clarity and break free from 'stuckness'.
My passion for this work is rooted in the resilience of the clients I have had the privilege to work with. I am continually inspired by their stories, courage, and the strength found in vulnerability.
