I work with folks who are struggling with workplace issues including acute work anxiety, toxic stress, work trauma (e.g. bullying), those who are accused of bullying and harassment, and people experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. Although I work across sectors from longshoremen to those in the film industry, I have specific expertise working with folks in human and social sectors (e.g. nonprofits, international aid workers, health care professionals, lawyers, human resources, activists and those in religious vocations).
I work with you in your moment to moment experience through a relational lens. We can create healing and movement forward by processing your experiences in a safe environment working with your emotions, thoughts, belief systems and body to unpack the root of the issue and move toward a meaningful solution.
I would love to meet you and walk with you through your journey. It is always my greatest privilege in life to create spaces for authentic connections to deal with difficult situations. If you want to book a session please text, phone, or email. I aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
