You have taken a difficult step in exploring your healing and recovery journey. I work with couples, families, adults, teens and children who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, stress, ADHD, ASD, addictions, life transitions, burnout, chronic pain or illness, and care giving. I am here to listen, guide, facilitate, and co-regulate with you. Together, we will develop goals, tools, strategies and new ways of being to bring about changes you wish ti experience.

I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my knowledge and skills are sharp and current. My favorite approaches are EMDR, EFT, and Gottman Methods. During our first few sessions, I will listen to what you are describing and explore different approaches with you to determine which approaches are best for you.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, respectful therapeutic space for individuals and couples to safely explore their experiences as they travel on their healing journey. I am here to help people develop new tools and strategies, reconnect with themselves and start living the life they want to live again. I offer evening and weekend availabilities.

The primary concerns I support couples with are communication, attachment needs, conflict resolution, differing sexual desires and needs, caregiving/parenting, substance abuse, trauma and neurodiversity. EMDR is my preferred approach to therapy as it generally provides fast and sustained symptom relief for trauma, pain, anxiety, substance use, anxiety, shame, rumination, ADHD, caregiving fatigue, and chronic illness. For couple therapy I enjoy using Gottman and EFT as both approaches often help couples reconnect, develop new skills and understanding.
