I offer clients an accepting, safe space to explore and connect with their own identity and align with their values. I’m an integrative therapist, a CCC, and trained EMDR therapist. I work from a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed position. I also support clients with Victim's Services and WCB approved funding. Together, we can examine problems, systems, and norms to better understand your experiences, family dynamics, relational patterns, and process emotions.

My practice, InnerScape Psychotherapy, Counselling & EMDR Services, is based on the belief that people want to live authentically and feel accepted. Expectations, norms, and context influence how, when, or if that's possible. I help clients identify and align with their preferences, meaning, and values, and build comfort communicating them.
