Hi! I'm Amanda, the heart behind Sacred Rose Therapy. Much of my work is with individuals who are navigating life after illness or cancer treatment, as well as those experiencing grief, loss, or significant life transitions. These are often the “in-between” spaces where things no longer feel the same, and finding your way forward can feel overwhelming, or even isolating. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, gently making sense of what you’ve been through, while exploring what healing and reconnection might look like in this next chapter.

I often work with themes such as identity shifts, emotional processing after illness, anxiety, grief, and the desire to reconnect with yourself and your life in a more grounded, real way. Alongside my professional training, my own lived experience—particularly navigating and moving through cancer—deeply shapes how I show up in this work.
