For over 10 years, I collaborate with reflective, high performing adults as we teach the nervous system new ways to feel trust and embodied safety, so you can thrive with deeper connection, confidence and authenticity.

My approach centres on AEDP, which uses attachment theory and the brain’s ability to adapt in order to strengthen your internal sense of when things feel “right”. Along with approaches like IFS (parts work), we’ll ease inner voices to build to a place of emotional clarity, helping you understand your experiences, while gaining awareness of what you need.

Whatever you are experiencing, change is possible, we only have to trust the process and the wisdom that is your body. You don’t have to do this alone.
