Children and youth may need some guidance and help navigating different life transitions. No two people are the same and it is my goal to help you recognize your own unique strengths, integrating a case-specific approach to create your unique therapy plan. I am here to offer mental health support in a non-judgemental, friendly, and compassionate space.
