I am committed to empowering my clients through evidence-based practices tailored to their needs. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while also incorporating elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and always from a person-centred approach.

As an intern, I offer in-person and virtual sessions for $75/hour. I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and work toward meaningful change.
