Relational Trauma Therapist. You may understand yourself and your patterns, but still feel stuck in painful relationship dynamics. You might notice that you overthink interactions, doubt yourself, or struggle to trust your feelings, even when part of you knows something doesn’t feel right. You may be confused about why you feel guilty when someone is hurting you. You may feel you had to disconnect from your needs and feelings to stay safe in a relationship. It’s common to hold conflicting feelings about someone you love and feel hurt by, or to feel pulled between protecting the relationship and protecting yourself.
I specialize in relational trauma. When we’ve felt overwhelmed or hurt in relationship, it’s natural to retreat into our minds for safety — but healing doesn’t always happen through thinking alone. That’s why I support people in going beyond talking about their experiences and into processing them more deeply.
Through practicing presence, embodiment, and being in a healing relationship together, we create space for lasting change—so you can feel rooted, connected, and more at home in yourself. When you are ready, I would love to hear from you, and I offer a free 20-minute consultation.
