I offer individual and group supervision, private practice support, and consultation rooted in the belief that you can be both human and a damn good therapist. As a relational therapist, I challenge and cheerlead through an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, intersectional lens, drawing from EFT, DBT, and attachment theory.

Supervision with me is informal yet structured. We’ll focus on fit first: making sure my style and values align with yours. Our time is yours to use—whether that’s debriefing sessions, navigating social media or your website, setting boundaries, or getting your practice off the ground. It’s about growing your skills while staying grounded in who you are.
