Relationships are at the core of feeling love and belonging. However, when our relationships are functioning poorly we can experience anxiety, depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, grief, or anger. We will explore how childhood shaped your attachment, communication, and conflict patterns to connect them to the impact they are having in your current life. We will work to develop healthy new patterns while calming your nervous system. I work with couples on their communication, boundaries, intimacy, meeting needs, and trust. Together you will learn to communicate safely and predictably and co-create your ideal intimate life.

I use a holistic approach blending internal family systems, the psychobiological approach, cognitive-behavioural, attachment based, sex-informed, emotions focused, and somatic. It is my priority to understand you as a whole person or couple to better treat your concerns.

Collaboratively we will work to understand all of you, establish your goals, and tailor our sessions to target them. My goal is to make your therapeutic space inviting and safe where both laughter and tears can happen in the same session. You deserve to heal, be at peace within, trust yourself and others, and thrive in relationships.
