Therapy is a safe space for all parts of yourself to feel heard and to empower you to build awareness and compassion of the deeper issues that are preventing you from being your authentic self. I am of Métis and German ancestry and am grounded in my spirituality, which emerges in sessions through my unwavering belief in your unique gifts and strengths, which guides our sessions together.
As a qualifying psychotherapist, I aim to help you process your emotions and move towards self compassion. My areas of speciality include narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship issues, and trauma. I emphasize the connection of body and mind in sessions to allow for re-integration of self energy.
My approach is tailored to meet individual emotional and cultural needs as well as adopting a neurodivergent affirming approach to sessions.
