My goal is to work within an affirming framework that supports your needs and goals in a compassionate, relational practice. I work with Autistic adults to discover the supports and relationships that matter most to them.
My therapeutic approach is based in compassion, respect and empathy. I work with individuals to celebrate strengths, navigate relationships, and work through people pleasing to create a sustainable framework for living. I work with clients to build a life that reconciles the realities of Autism, to create an authentic, sustainable life.
