As a highly sensitive person, I appreciate how meaning, the impact of our experiences and feeling like someone gets us profoundly affect our lives. My clients struggle with a variety of things like anxiety, complex family relationships, trauma, depression and grief.
I work with my clients to unpack their experiences at the root and feel firmly supported in the process. My therapeutic approaches including Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Inner Child Work.
