Have you been stuck in a cycle with your partner for years and have tried everything you know how to fix it? You’ve considered therapy, but you think you need support right away and fast. I offer couples therapy intensives, during which I work with a couple for 4 to 6 hours. Many couples find this process effective, as it covers a lot of ground in a short period of time. To start the process, we will meet for a 90-minute initial assessment session, during which I will gather your relationship history, explore the events that have led to your current cycle, and develop a plan of action for the intensive.
I support couples who have been struggling for years with communication issues, betrayal, feelings of hurt, or resentment. As a Couple and Family Therapist, Psychotherapist, and Social Worker with 20 years of experience, I work with couples to break negative cycles, improve communication, enhance intimacy, and develop a deeper connection.
Every relationship is unique, so I tailor each session to meet your specific therapeutic goals and needs. I strive to maintain fairness and neutrality and try to use humour when possible. Relationships are hard and difficult to navigate on your own. I am here to support you and your partner better understand each other, feel more supported, and connected.
