I offer individual therapy to adults struggling with their mental health including depression, anxiety, addictions, and those struggling to adjust to changes in their life. I believe in helping people to see their own strengths and resilience and then use these qualities to face whatever challenges are standing in the way of people being able to move forward in their lives and reach their goals.
I use a combination of techniques from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I work with people to develop an individual plan based on their current needs and their future hopes and wishes.
I am available in the evening so that appointments do not have to impact your day to day activities such as work or school.
