I know how difficult it can feel to be human some days. When painful thoughts and emotions take over- it can feel impossible to find a way forward. You get stuck fighting with and blaming yourself for feeling this way. Relationships can suffer, and it's hard to connect with what really matters.
You don't have to do this alone —and humans aren't made to. It takes courage to seek support. As painful as these feelings might be, with the right support and guidance, they can also become a doorway to personal growth. Together, we'll slow down, tend to what feels heavy, and find what is needed for deeper healing.
Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and patterns rooted in earlier experiences. They are often deeply feeling and need help understanding this part of themselves. Whether you’re healing from the past, or learning new ways of relating to yourself and others, I’m here to support you.
I am naturally a gentle person, but I will also be clear and honest with you about what I notice in our work together. With care, compassion, and a touch of humour I will invite you to explore your experience, discover new possibilities, and take steps toward a more fulfilling and connected life.
