My goal is to provide a warm, safe space where we can work together toward your well-being.

I've worked with individuals with addictions and mental health concerns, crisis intervention, grief, communication, emotional management, trauma/ PTSD in teens and adults. I have integrated my understanding of neurodiversity into my work as well as impacts of trauma on the mind and body. I use attachment, DBT, CBT, ACT, and IFS for tailored outcomes.

I value autonomy and authenticity in therapy, and I believe in a collaborative approach to help you achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. Together, we'll create a path that works best for you while building safety and internal resilience.
