I specialize in Addiction, and Mental Health, Stress Reduction and treating various concerns through a trauma-informed lens. In my practice I take a curious approach to exploring what works through evidence-based tools and approaches. I combine Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive restructuring, and values-based integration.
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges and promote personal growth.
