As a Perinatal Mental Health therapist, I understand the unique challenges that come with parenthood. I support parents who are trying to conceive, birth and reproductive Trauma, grief and loss, pregnancy after loss, postpartum adjustment, and mothers and fathers trying to find themselves again after becoming parents.
With qualifications in Perinatal Mental Health Counselling (PMH-C), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and as a Reiki Master, I offer a holistic approach to nurture your mind, body, and soul. I am also a certified Bring Home Baby Educator.
