Most of the clients I work with have come to realize that there is something in their life that is inhibiting their growth and happiness, and they may need some support as they prepare to make changes that will allow them to find their joy. It isn't easy deciding to start therapy, but being here is an important first step. My goal is to identify how my training and knowledge can best support you in using your inherent strengths to achieve your goals of living a happier, more authentic life. I can support you in overcoming symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and dysregulation.

I work from a client-centered perspective and use tools from various modalities to help clients achieve their goals, including EMDR and CBT. I want to work with you on the things that are important to you and help you create the life you want. I strive to provide an environment that is warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental to foster healing and growth.
Reaching out is the first step towards healing and growth. If you're interested in working together, please don't hesitate to find me on the Power Psychology website or call our office to book. I offer a free fifteen minute phone consult to see if we would be a good fit to work together. I look forward to supporting you in your journey!
