Hello! My name is Alyssa Boudreau (she/her) and I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor. I work with folks ages 13+ of all gender identities. I work from an Interpersonal Process approach and have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1).

I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all for therapy, and therefore, together we will find the modality that works best for the issues that you are bringing to therapy. I have experience working with folks that struggle with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and stress management.

I believe that clients are the authors of their own story and as a therapist, I have the honour of walking alongside you as you work towards a happier and healthier self. My priority is creating an accepting and non-judgemental space for you to feel comfortable to work on your goals.
