My practice is attachment based, trauma informed, psychodynamic, and draws upon multiple modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). While working with me, you can expect someone who is direct, exploratory, and results oriented.
I am well equipped to help you process and overcome traumatic events, relationship challenges, self-esteem and body image issues, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, compulsive thoughts and behaviours, and phobias.
