I have a passion for working with individuals and youth who have experienced trauma or complex trauma. The response to these experiences show up as anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, struggles with disordered eating, addictions etc. Every client is different and I work collaboratively with you to find a comfortable rhythm that best suits your needs. I focus on building a strong and trusting relationship together and knowing what you are getting into will help mediate those fears.

In addition to graduate studies, I have made it my focus to build understanding in strategies that best support those dealing with C-PTSD and other issues surrounding trauma. I utilize narrative & relational approaches as well as parts work (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I get to know each client to find the strategies that would best work for them.

What I know how to do is to sit with what is hard, to listen empathetically, to build a space of safety and non-judgement, and create an authentic dialogue with you as we get to know one another. Every client's story is unique and important. I utilize a client-centered and holistic approach to meet my client's where they're at.
