I am an EMDR-certified, EFT-trained therapist working with individuals and couples. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship issues, emotional regulation, and family dynamics. My approach integrates attachment theory, neurobiology, and nervous system–informed care to address patterns rooted in early experiences. I offer a warm, structured space focused on healing, resilience, and lasting change. I also provide Level II OEI training for therapists through experiential learning.
