Hi! I'm so glad you stopped by. My name's Alysha, I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and truly consider it a privilege and honour to do the work I do. I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist. I am always aiming to use tools and approaches that not only have evidence to support them but work best for each individual client. I believe everyone has their own unique story and each of us at one time or another needs help processing or working through where our story has taken us.
I have experience in the areas of self-esteem, mood disorders, eating disorders, emotional awareness and trauma. I'm passionate about working with youth and young adults and are a population I work very well with.
