Hey there! I am a registered psychiatric nurse (RPN) with over 4 years of experience in the mental health field. I believe in building connection with clients and supporting them throughout life's challenges. As an RPN, I can also provide health teaching related to various mental health diagnoses, medications, and treatment approaches as needed. Additionally, I provide support for individuals diagnosed with ADHD to help them understand and thrive with this diagnosis.

I can provide support to those with ADHD, using an evidence-based, therapeutic approach. I hope to help them understand the nature of this diagnosis and its influences on behaviour, mood, and health.
