I offer a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive space where you can make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your sense of self-worth.
I have worked at psychiatric, medical, and community settings, and was trained in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (EMDRIA-approved training), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I customise my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals at their own pace.
