I support individuals with ADHD, autism, or those questioning a neurodiverse profile, including those exploring their diagnostic pathway. This may involve collaborative exploration of autistic or ADHD traits, screening-informed support, psychoed, and guidance in understanding longstanding experiences while considering next steps for assessment or accommodations. Many clients come to therapy after years of feeling different, navigating burnout, anxiety, or struggling with focus, emotions, or identity. Others are exploring a later-in-life diagnosis.
I offer a neuroaffirming space grounded in acceptance and compassion, where your lived experience or your child’s is understood from your lens, at a pace that respects how you think and process. I support emotional regulation, executive functioning, identity exploration, and burnout. I can also help to navigate and streamline the diagnostic process.
You may have spent a long time trying to adapt or make sense of your experiences alone. Therapy can help you or your child feel understood while building a grounded and compassionate sense of self.
